The Esco WANA office is delighted to share the highlights from their recent sales and service training event held at their office in Dubai last October. The event brought together distributors from the West Asia and North Africa Region, as well as participants from India and Kazakhstan. The two-part training program, which spanned five days, was a resounding success and left the team with a sense of accomplishment and anticipation for future endeavors.

Sales Training by Mr. Alvin Heah:

For two action-packed days, attendees had the privilege of learning from Mr. Alvin Heah, Senior Commercial Director at Esco Lifesciences. With his extensive industry knowledge and dynamic teaching style, participants were exposed to valuable insights, strategies, and sales techniques that are set to transform their sales efforts. The engagement was intense, and the knowledge gained was invaluable.

A key highlight of the event was the unveiling of the cutting-edge product, the Gen 4 Biological Safety Cabinets. Featuring a user-friendly touchscreen LCD and state-of-the-art features, these cabinets are set to revolutionize the industry. Service Training led by NSF Certified Engineer Nhoel Faustino:

Following the sales training, the program transitioned into three days of in-depth service training led by the Esco NSF Certified Engineer, Nhoel Faustino. This segment provided participants with hands-on experience and comprehensive knowledge of service and maintenance for Esco products. It was a crucial part of the event, emphasizing our commitment to delivering excellent after-sales service and support.
